Queen’s Web Development (QWeb) is a student-run organization paving the way for Queen’s students to break into and excel in the web development industry. QWeb revolves around an enriching education curriculum designed to cultivate the foundational web-development skillsets in beginners and spans far enough to incite growth in even the expert-level developer. Well-connected on campus, QWeb’s consulting activities across the university and the local Kingston area offer our members a pipeline of exciting real-world projects. Development Director

🕶️ Overview

You will be the primary helping hand for the development executive. Which includes responsibilities such as helping make edits to the QWeb official website and help the Development Executive with all stages of the development sprint.

📃 Responsibilities

In the Fall:
- Work with the Outreach team to accumulate client projects for the winter development sprint
- Update and edit the official QWeb website
In the Winter:
- Oversee the development sprint from its initial stages into the late stages of the development timelines.
- Provide development cycle support where needed (hands-on coding)
- Update and edit the official QWeb website
